Job Description

We are seeking aDHA-licensed Registered Nurse (RN)with a strong emphasis ondiagnostic screenings as the foundation of patient care. The ideal candidate will play a critical role inintegrating functional medicine, regenerative therapies, and wellness-focused treatmentsto assist in managing and treatingchronic diseases. This role requires aholistic, patient-centered approachto health management, ensuring comprehensive, evidence-based, and personalized nursing care with a strong focus onpreventive care and patient education.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive Nursing Care

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic screenings, including vital signs monitoring, metabolic assessments, and blood sample collection.
• Assist in evaluating patient health history, lifestyle factors, and risk assessments for chronic disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop customized wellness and preventive care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based nursing interventions to support early disease detection and overall patient well-being.

Requirements

Key Competencies :

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution. DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible as a Registered Nurse in Dubai. Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in preventive care, chronic disease management, and integrative medicine. Additional certifications in functional medicine, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, or integrative nursing (e.g., IFM, A4M, IVNT, or similar) are preferred. Expertise in diagnostic screenings, patient education, and holistic nursing interventions. Strong knowledge of functional and regenerative therapies, including IV protocols and cellular therapies. Background in Functional Medicine or working experience in Fertility Clinic is highly preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
