Junior Occupational Hygienist / Industrial Hygienist

Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Masters in Industrial Hygiene OR
• Bachelors in Engineering (Chemical preferred) / Fire Safety / Diploma in Industrial Safety / PDIS

If applying with these qualifications, completion of at least 12 BOHS or OHTA modules is mandatory.

• BOHS / OHTA modules preferred for all mandatory if not holding a Masters in Industrial Hygiene.

• Familiarity with IH monitoring equipment (noise dosimeters, sound level meters, pumps, detectors, etc.).
• Knowledge of exposure monitoring, occupational health risk assessments and control measures.
• Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
• Previous consultancy experience is an added advantage.

• Conduct site visits (minimum 10 days per month) for exposure monitoring and assessments.
• Support senior hygienists in qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
• Perform monitoring for noise, chemicals, dust and physical agents.
• Assist in interpreting results and preparing professional reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and international occupational health standards.
• Participate in client discussions and on-site surveys.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for site projects.
• Proactive learner with a consultancy mindset.
