- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the UAE and international markets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the cosmetics, personal care and related sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics and R&D) to meet client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis for senior management.
