Job summary

A global hospitality leader is seeking an Executive Secretary/F&B Coordinator for its DoubleTree hotel in Sharjah. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager while coordinating food & beverage operational activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, and strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, F&B Coordinator, or similar role in hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Assist the F&B Department in scheduling meetings and drafting minutes.
  • Ensure all activities follow Hilton brand standards.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of Food and Beverage (F&B) operations
Fluency in English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
