About the Role:
As Demi Cook De Partie, you are accountable for preparation and service of cold and hot meals, responsibility for the area, accomplishing ordering as well as supply rotation where needed.

Reporting to the Chef de Partie or Chef, responsibilities and necessary job features consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for preparing and offering excellent quality dishes to deliver an outstanding guest and member experience.
Required to manage all cooking meals that are prepared in their section and ensure smooth flow of procedure.
To be fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
