Job summary
A luxury hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated kitchen supervisor to oversee food preparation and staff coordination. The ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of related experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and safety, assisting management with employee training, and maintaining a professional kitchen environment. Candidates with a Technical Trade or Vocational Degree are preferred. This role offers an opportunity to excel in a dynamic hospitality setting.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
