Job Summary:

Business/Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. The Analyst will translate business questions into analytical frameworks, develop compelling data visualizations, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical proficiency (including coding skills), and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
2. Apply statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing, A/B testing) to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
3. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Google Data Studio) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
4. Create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to a wide range of audiences.
5. Automate report generation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in dashboards and reports. Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and define data requirements.
7. Analyze data to identify opportunities for business improvement and cost savings.
8. Develop and maintain scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
9. Synthesize complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
10. Present findings to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and interactive dashboards.
11. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. More than 12 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or related role.
4. Knowledge of data management and database systems.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
