Job summary
A global leader in flexible packaging solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager HR in Dubai. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of HR management experience, particularly in companies with 500+ employees, and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws. This role includes recruiting, performance management, and employee relations. A competitive salary between AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month plus standard benefits will be offered.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager HR with solid experience in end-to-end HR operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, employee relations, reports, drafting policies and procedures, audit compliance & documentation, performance management, training management, and building a positive workplace culture.
You will report directly to the Regional HR Manager of UAE & Oman.
- Partnering with business units to support workforce planning and growth
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Managing employee relations, conflict resolution & grievances
- Driving performance management, L&D, and succession planning
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
- Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Enhancing employee experience through engagement programs
- Bachelors in HR or related field (Masters preferred)
- 5 to 7 years experience managing HR for 500+ employees
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operations
- Strong communication, organizational, & problem-solving skills
- Experience in multicultural or international companies is a plus
- Background in manufacturing/industrial sectors is an advantage
Location: Jebel Ali, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000/month + standard benefits
