A well-established IT solutions provider in Dubai seeks an HR Manager to build the HR function from the ground up. The role includes extensive recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and compensation management. Candidates should hold an MBA or BBA with at least three years of HR management experience, preferably in the IT industry, and must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Experience in the Middle East is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in an HR management function, preferably within the IT industry.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and have prior experience in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Management on manpower planning.
• Conduct extensive recruitment activities including sourcing and interviewing.
• Oversee onboarding, integration, and exit processes.
