A well-established IT solutions provider in Dubai seeks an HR Manager to build the HR function from the ground up. The role includes extensive recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and compensation management. Candidates should hold an MBA or BBA with at least three years of HR management experience, preferably in the IT industry, and must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Experience in the Middle East is required.
Charterhouse is working with a well-established IT Security and Solutions provider in the Middle East. Our client seeks an HR Manager to join their expanding business based in Dubai. This brand-new position reports directly to the Director and involves building the HR function from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include extensive recruitment activity: collaborating with Senior Management on manpower planning, sourcing, attraction, and interviewing. The role is a full generalist covering talent acquisition, capital and succession planning, onboarding and integration, compensation and benefits, learning and development, orientation, and exit processes.
Requirements: holds an MBA or BBA degree; minimum three years experience in an HR management function, preferably within the IT industry; fluent in English with excellent communication skills; currently based in the UAE and has prior experience in the Middle East.
