David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who is looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer for their offices in Ras Al Khaimah.

1. Conduct in-depth analysis and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring functionality across power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
2. Assist with system installation and setup in the field, ensuring correct wiring connections and operation of all electrical components.
3. Perform system testing and diagnostics onsite, resolving issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
4. Create comprehensive technical documents such as specifications, reports, manuals, and operational guidelines.
5. Ensure all work meets relevant safety codes and standards, both local and international (e.g., NEC, IEC, OSHA).
6. Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, project managers, and contractors to deliver cohesive and well-integrated system solutions.
7. Provide hands-on technical assistance during construction and commissioning phases, supporting internal teams and field crews as needed.
8. Identify and recommend enhancements to system integration workflows and overall performance of electrical installations.

1. Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
3. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in fieldwork, troubleshooting, and hands-on support of electrical systems.
4. Solid understanding of electrical systems, including backup power, distribution, lighting, and controls.
5. Hands-on experience with electrical tools, wiring, diagnostics, and system testing.
6. Knowledge of applicable industry standards and electrical safety regulations.
7. Ability to perform standard electrical calculations such as load analysis and voltage drop.
8. Comfortable using diagnostic and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers).
9. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on mindset.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment.
