Position Summary

In your capacity as Senior Business Development Executive for B2B sales at LikeCard, you will be responsible for managing and expanding B2B sales across all categories. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the achievement of the Business Development department’s KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop, own, and implement effective business development strategies to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Business Development and Account Management teams; support KPI setting and present performance updates to senior management.
  • Drive growth by achieving sales targets and ensuring departmental KPIs are met.
  • Identify areas for improvement in departmental processes and procedures; conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and develop succession plans.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports, including accurate forecasts, to the management team.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships across all categories while representing LikeCard’s interests in the market.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management or the direct manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, working with Middle Eastern and global teams, with a proven track record in driving sales growth and building strong commercial networks.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Solid understanding of technology trends and innovations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Nationality: Chinese only.
