• Coordinate with project contractors and follow up on tender/contract drawings and document submissions.
• Monitor project budget activities, track expenses, and forecast budgets.
• Assist in preparation and review of tender documents (excluding scope of work), contracts, work orders, and material requests.
• Schedule and arrange project-related meetings; draft and distribute minutes of meetings (MoMs).
• Support departmental operations by following instructions from superiors and maintaining quality standards.
• Perform accurate data entry of project-related expenses and maintain auditable financial records.
• Assist in preparation of budget forecasts and year-end financial reports.
• Prepare and follow up on correspondence, drawings, documentation, and material approvals.
• Coordinate with project staff offshore/site and manage documentation and related drawings.
• Organize and attend contractor site visits, inspections, and project meetings; prepare reports and MoMs.
• Manage internal correspondence (IOC), coordinate security passes and marine vessel approvals.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of project data for periodic reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas (FEED & EPC projects)

Knowledge:

• Document control and project coordination
• Office productivity applications (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.)

Skills:

• Time management and multitasking
• High accuracy in data entry
• Strong numerical and analytical understanding
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
