Job description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pool and bar facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as local regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of pool attendants, bartenders, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain high standards of service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage and control inventory levels for beverages, snacks, and poolside amenities.
- Conduct regular stock checks and place orders as needed.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue and expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate poolside events, promotions, and special occasions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests.
- Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the pool and bar facilities are well-maintained.
- Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity of assets.
- Budgeting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets for the pool and bar operations.
- Monitor expenses and work towards achieving financial targets.
