- Make sure all ingredients are stocked and available
- Take customer orders accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service in an efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow sanitation guidelines
- Previous experience as a Barista in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn menus and recipes for specialty drinks
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
