Our client a renowned hospitality establishment in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waitress to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Waitress you will be responsible for providing top-quality service to customers ensuring a positive dining experience. You will interact directly with guests taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive providing a friendly and attentive experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables, chairs and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Upsell additional items such as desserts or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu including daily specials and provide recommendations to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties including setting up and cleaning tables.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferably in the hospitality industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be 54 in height.
• No visible tattoos.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service techniques.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends / Split shift.
• A valid UAE work permit is preferred (if applicable).
