We are currently looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah.
The successful candidate must have proven experience working as a cashier in a busy retail or restaurant environment and must be able to handle large transactions quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate will also be able to work well in a team and have excellent customer service skills.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, based on established procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to their inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Balance the register at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy of all cash, credit and check transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store area and ensure product displays are organized neatly.
- Assist with stocking shelves when necessary and help with other tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; College degree preferred but not necessary.
- Previous experience working as a cashier in a retail or restaurant environment is required.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy of transactions at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
