As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling transactions with customers, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. This position is suitable for Malayalees who are fluent in English and looking for an opportunity to work in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Scan items and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Accept different forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and vouchers
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
