Job summary

A leading financial institution in the UAE seeks a dedicated Banking Associate to manage a portfolio of 700-800 clients, primarily non-borrowing. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring excellent customer service through quality client onboarding experiences. Applicants should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields, along with 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in banking. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service/sales/client facing roles.
  • Experience in Commercial Banking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of 700-800 customers, primarily non-borrowing.
  • Achieve monthly and annual KPI objectives.
  • Cross sell bank products to increase product penetration.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality client on-boarding experience.

Education
