Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing crew meetings and team events, maintain and update employee registers, schedule meetings, drafting memos/communications, greet and assist visitors/new employees warmly, etc.
  • Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports, develop and update policy/plans/procedures/forms/process maps, prepare presentations, analyze data and prepare associated reports, take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress as well as projects progress, etc.
  • The candidate shall handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
  • Good command of Excel.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint.
