Job summary
A prominent construction firm in Dubai is seeking an ERP Support Executive to coordinate project implementations. Responsibilities include providing ERP Level 1 support, interacting with customers daily, and developing metrics for implementation progress. The role also entails software testing and quality assurance, as well as training customers on the software. The ideal candidate will be involved in project requirements discussions with developers and escalate issues as needed.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate project requirements and workflow.
- Provide ERP Level 1 support.
- Lead daily customer interactions and implementation activities.
- Develop and report key implementation progress metrics.
