Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years working with a Hyland OnBase System (Workflow & Workview) required.
• Perfect understanding of OnBase Workview concept.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal business user requests for assistance with application functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with oversight from business user team.
• Lead business process reviews and gather business requirements.
