Position Overview: As the Sales Executive at our company, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients in Northern Emirates of UAE, and achieving revenue targets. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with a company committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and meet sales targets.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  3. Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales in Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ras Al Khaima, Fujairah).
  2. Fluency in Arabic.
  3. UAE Driving License.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Dynamic and pro-active mindset.
