Fix mechanical equipment at the Workshop. Troubleshoot, repair and improve various pieces of equipment that are critical to HMH operations.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) plus 4 years working experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting in mechanical hydraulic troubleshooting.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience of production/manufacturing maintenance experience working on Top Drives, Mud Pumps and Drawworks. Familiarity with rubber manufacturing maintenance preferred. Good verbal and communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is preferred. Must be a self-starter that can work with little to no guidance.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment. Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
