About the Role

At Thrill.com, our VIP players are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a VIP Host to join Thrill at a pivotal moment — someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering white-glove experiences, and creating genuine loyalty with our most valuable players.

As one of the early VIP Hosts at Thrill, you’ll help shape how we engage, retain, and grow our high-value player base globally. You’ll act as the trusted point of contact for VIPs, delivering a deeply personalized experience while balancing player satisfaction, sustainability, and long-term value.

This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, analytics, and crypto-native customer experience — and offers real ownership in defining what “best-in-class VIP” means at Thrill.

What You’ll Be Doing
VIP Relationship Management
  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value VIP players globally

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering proactive, high-touch, personalized service

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent and meaningful engagement

  • Handle escalations and complex player needs with confidence and care

Player Growth & Retention
  • Identify and onboard high-potential players into Thrill’s Host program

  • Design and execute tailored engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies

  • Manage promotional and incentive budgets responsibly, balancing value creation with profitability

  • Drive key VIP KPIs including engagement, retention, and lifetime value

Insights & Collaboration
  • Analyze player behavior, trends, and performance to inform decision-making

  • Track portfolio health, churn risk, and ROI using CRM tools and dashboards

  • Share structured player insights with Product, Marketing, Payments, and Compliance teams to improve the overall player experience

VIP Experiences
  • Support the planning and execution of exclusive online and offline VIP experiences

  • Assist with bespoke gifting, promotions, and events that reinforce Thrill’s premium brand

Responsible Gaming & Compliance
  • Operate in full alignment with Thrill’s Responsible Gaming standards

  • Identify and escalate risk behaviors appropriately

  • Ensure all VIP activity adheres to internal controls, promotional guidelines, and compliance requirements

What You’ll Need
Experience
  • 1–3+ years experience in a high-touch, customer-facing role within iGaming

  • Strong understanding of online gaming, casino products, and player behavior

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data and trends

  • Experience using CRM tools, dashboards, and modern communication platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering consistently high standards

Crypto-Native Mindset
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals (wallets, transactions, blockchain basics)

  • Comfortable engaging with crypto-native users across global time zones

  • Commercially aware — understands how to balance incentives with sustainable growth

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

  • Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure

  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
