Description
Act as a subject matter expert for complex onboarding cases, providing guidance and resolution for internal queries.Manage end-to-end account opening processes for new and existing clients in the Markets segment.Liaise with internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, and relationship management to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.Maintain strong communication across the global onboarding network to support client needs and strengthen relationships.Initiate and track account setup requests across relevant systems to enable trading capabilities.Identify and escalate process bottlenecks, ensuring operational readiness and data integrity.Collaborate with operations teams to establish client trading infrastructure efficiently.Conduct due diligence for new sub-fund setups under existing investment managers.Maintain internal databases and ensure accurate updates to client static data.Support queries related to onboarding workflows and system updates.Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
