Job description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage and coordinate all travel-related arrangements across the business. This role will involve liaising closely with external travel agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely travel for employees, candidates, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all travel-related matters across the organization.
  • Liaise with approved travel agencies to arrange flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and other travel services.
  • Coordinate travel for employees, candidates, freelancers and visiting guests as required.
  • Ensure all travel bookings align with company travel policies and budgets.
  • Manage changes, cancellations and last‑minute travel requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, invoices and confirmations.
  • Support HR and Talent Acquisition teams with interview and relocation-related travel.
  • Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and service providers.
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in a travel coordination, travel administration or similar role.
  • Previous experience liaising with travel agencies is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with booking systems.
  • Flexible, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Desirable
  • Experience supporting corporate recruitment or executive travel.
  • Familiarity with visa processes and international travel requirements.
