TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Growth of DEWALT Professional Power Tools across Middle East / East & West Africa
  • Employ the principles of category management with regards to range assortment, channel specific, ranges promotion, Pricing, Display / Merchandise replenishment and effective sales drivers in-order to grow in Traditional Channel (With Focus on Premium Store Program)
  • Support Sales Teams of Oman / Kuwait / Egypt with Implementation of Key Marketing Programs
  • Support in conducting and competition pricing reviews for DEWALT PPT across UAE / KSA / GCC
  • Support in Development of pricing and promotional plans for NEW Product Launches / SKU Activations & Range Expansion across Middle East
  • Support with Regional Implementation and Adaptations of NEW Product Launches (Driving and Tracking on-field Test Results of New Products / Tracking Demonstrations by markets)
  • Support with Implementation of DEWALT 100 Years Campaign across Middle East / Track Campaign progress with Sell Out details
  • Working Closely with Internal Stakeholders / Advertising Agencies for the designing and finalizing the DEWALT Segment Based communication flyers – Civil Construction Segment / Interior Finishing Segment
  • Organizing and presenting the promotional events in front of dealers and direct consumers.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager and Supply Chain Team to accurately forecast the market.
  • Periodically reviewing Range Assortment at DEWALT Premium Stores
  • Support in implementation in Tracking of UAE End User Tool Refresh Program with UAE Field Manager & End User Team
  • Accountability for Gross Sales Value (GSV / IVP), Net Sales Value (NSV), SGM (SGM)
  • Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of marketing KPI's.
  • Partner with agencies on strategic communications and graphic design.
  • Implement performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results.
  • Create press releases and distribute to local media outlets.
  • Act as the organization's representative with the media and at conferences.
  • Manage short-term and long-term resource allocation to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Understand customer pain points, assist in defining solutions and bring them to life.
  • Assist with approval social media and other ads from marketing vendor.
  • Coordinate web projects that present consistent, timely, and accurate information to prospective students and families.
  • Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets, and ensure that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
  • Create flyers, promotional materials for upcoming events and engage constituents.
  • Develop and implement brand management.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital and print marketing.
  • Build team culture and consistently hold employees accountable for upholding the organization's values.
  • Support the achievement of key strategic goals while generating gainful media coverage.
  • Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, develop plans and gather consensus to move forward.
