Job Title: Topographic and Geotechnical Surveyor

Reports To: Project Manager

Summary:

We're searching for a skilled and experienced surveyor to join our team and provide comprehensive topographic survey and soil testing services for various construction projects. You'll play a vital role in gathering essential data, analyzing soil conditions, and guaranteeing project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate topographic surveys with advanced equipment like total stations and GNSS receivers.
  • Collect soil samples and perform laboratory tests to analyze properties.
  • Analyze geotechnical data to assess risks and recommend foundation design and earthworks solutions.
  • Prepare detailed topographic maps, plans, and reports with clarity and industry standards in mind.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Maintain meticulous field records and documentation.
  • Prioritize safety protocols and best practices in all fieldwork activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in land surveying, preferably with exposure to geotechnical principles.
