Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility is to contact pre-generated leads, qualify their interest and readiness to purchase or invest, and then hand over the qualified prospects to the sales team for follow-up and closing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification
- Call assigned pre-generated leads provided by the marketing team.
- Introduce the company\'s real estate projects and services professionally.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the customer\'s needs, preferences, and purchasing timeline.
- Assess the seriousness and readiness of prospects, qualifying them based on defined criteria.
- Customer Engagement
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all conversations to create a good first impression of the company.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to potential clients.
- Address basic inquiries and direct complex questions to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Handover & Coordination
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes for follow-up.
- Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team where applicable.
- Keep the sales team informed about the status of leads in real time.
- Data Management
- Update and maintain the CRM system with call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Track daily call volumes, conversions, and lead status.
- Prepare basic performance reports for review by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-4 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably within the UAE real estate sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales / customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc / BA will be a plus
