Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
• Explain forex trading products, platforms, and services clearly
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable trading accounts
• Follow up with interested prospects to close conversions
• Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call & conversion targets
• Assist clients with basic account opening queries
• Coordinate with sales and relationship management teams
• Stay updated on forex market basics and company offerings

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent (Finance background preferred)
• 0–3 years experience in telecalling, telesales, or forex sales
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
