Role Overview

As a Telesales Agent - Outbound, you will be responsible for generating revenue by actively engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. You will play a key role in meeting and exceeding targets, converting leads into acquisitions, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Effectively manage outbound calls and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
  • Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the purchase team to align on lead conversion strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve performance.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.
  • Work as part of a fast paced, high performing team in a multicultural environment with over 60 different nationalities.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Call centre or Customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure telesales environment, ensuring consistent and sustainable performance.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM systems.
  • Well-versed in handling objections and closing sales effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
