Job description

• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
• To efficiently sell and accurately record all room service orders verbally by phone doorknobs or through the outlet
• Perform all associated room service duties such as trays preparation areas tray delivery/collection and any associated service and cleaning duties.

Qualifications :

• At least 1 year Telephone Sales Agent / Room Dining Order Taker experience
• Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills

• Strong beverage/wine knowledge
