Job description

Overview

Audit the facilities of technical inspection centers and identification stickers and ensure the importance of general cleanliness and overall appearance.

Audit suspicious cases and close them using the approved system.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities associated with the role as assigned.

Ensure that all systems and surveillance cameras are working properly and communicate with technical inspection centers and relevant authorities in case of any malfunction or technical failure that prevents the inspection process.

Implement weekly inspection programs and field visits to technical inspection centers according to monthly work schedule.

Prepare technical reports and incidents and submit them to the first technician for follow-up.

Audit vehicle inspection transactions and follow up on the permits of inspectors and workshops.

Review maintenance and calibration certificates for tools and equipment used in vehicle inspection.

Regulate and issue field and absentee violations. Monitor congestion in inspection centers through cameras and report it to the relevant authorities according to the established escalation process.

Continuously monitor surveillance cameras and electronic systems through the smart monitoring center and take appropriate action in case of violations or incidents and issue violations.
