A recruitment agency in Dubai seeks a recruitment consultant with 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment for blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing client expectations, and coordinating interviews. Proficiency in Excel and online tracking tools is required, with familiarity in MEP fields being a plus.
Source candidates through internal databases, job portals, and recruitment partners.
Conduct pre-screening interviews via call or video to assess technical knowledge, communication, and attitude.
Evaluate experience trade test results and verify documents.
Coordinate with recruitment partners / agencies in India, Nepal, Pakistan, and other regions.
Prepare candidate evaluation sheets and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
Maintain candidate tracking sheets and update daily recruitment status.
Assist in scheduling client interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
Ensure all shortlisted candidates meet client expectations in terms of skill, experience, and communication.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical or blue-collar recruitment (preferably in Facilities Management, Construction, or MEP industry).
Strong understanding of MEP / FM trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, etc.).
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
English (Hindi / Urdu / Nepali added advantage).
Good with Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools for tracking and coordination.
Should be proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
