About the role

Role: Permanent

Location: Onsite in Dubai

Adecco is hiring Technical Architect - Marketing Automation Platform for our prestigious client in Dubai.

The Marketing Technology Technical Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership during Martech software (Unica) implementations, upgrades, and workshops. The Architect will facilitate solution definition, design, and implementation.

The Architect will technically supervise the installation, upgrade, configuration, integration, and performance tuning across the Unica platforms: Campaign, Interact, Contact Optimization, Plan, Journey, Deliver, and Link.

(30 to 50% +/- travel required)

What you will be doing

• Lead services customer engagements by providing solutions, specifically facilitating client‑facing activities related to requirements and design for solution definition, proposal, and client acceptance.
• Document, present, and gain client acceptance of proposed Unica marketing solutions (requirements documentation, design/architecture documents, and associated diagrams).
• Perform and/or support product configuration, unit, system, acceptance, and performance testing.
• Perform and/or support product configuration asset migration across installations, including production deployment and go‑live.
• Provide guidance and enablement to client technical staff in the maintenance and configuration of the Unica products, as well as supporting architecture components (e.g., WebSphere/Web Logic/Tomcat, JBoss, databases, and file systems) and associated environmental maintenance activities (e.g., backup and recovery).
