Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for aresult-driven Tech Sales Managerto expand our client base and strengthen long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT sales or software services, understands technology-driven solutions, and is skilled at closing deals with both startups and enterprise clients.

    • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, enterprises, and global partners).
    • Present and promote Evertech’sstaff augmentation, AI-driven development, and engineering services.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
    • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide forecasts.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Nice to have

    • 3+ years of proven experience in Tech sales, business development, or account management(preferably in software services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation).
    • Strong understanding of IT services, software development cycles, and technical terminology.
    • Demonstrated success inbuilding pipelines and closing deals.
    • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken) and Arabic languages.
    • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet targets.
    • Familiarity withCRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
