Key job responsibilities

As a Tanmia 'Select' trainee, you'll have the opportunity to apply your skills to impactful projects that enhance the functionality and service of our operations across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, Delivery Stations and Global Specialty Fulfilment. Key aspects of the role include :

• Complete an 18-month structured rotation program across key operational areas, including training modules and a two-week international assignment
• Learn Amazon Operations fundamentals through hands-on experience in Fulfillment Centers, Last-Mile Delivery, and Specialty Fulfillment
• Work with different teams to understand end-to-end operations and build cross-functional knowledge
• Participate in daily operational activities such as pre-shift meetings, flow discussions, and team huddles
• Lead rotation-specific projects that contribute to operational improvements
• Engage in both day and night shift operations to gain comprehensive operational understanding
• Develop leadership skills by shadowing experienced managers and gradually taking on team responsibilities

Program Start Date

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• UAE National with a valid UAE passport and family book
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma from an accredited UAE university (graduated within the last 18 months)
• Maximum 18 months of total work experience (including internships)
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Eligible to complete the full 18-month program
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, and potentially relocate within the UAE
