About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our remote-first engineering team. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend systems that power mission-critical services, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend systems using .NET Framework (4.0+) and Oracle DB
• Write, debug, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for high-performance applications
• Integrate systems using SOAP and JSON-based APIs
• Apply software design patterns and adhere to best development practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.0+
• Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and JSON APIs
