Lead and oversee all talent acquisition strategies and operations across the organization ensuring the alignment of recruitment practices with the companys goals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract engage and retain top talent across the group while maintaining consistency and excellence across all regions. The position will report directly to the CPCO and work closely with P&C teams & Country Manager.
