What you’ll do

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest‑working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward. In this role, you will:

• Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and 5S standards within the warehouse to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor Team Leads, managing manpower allocation, roster management, and daily performance across the cluster.
• Metrics Ownership: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order preparation time, inventory accuracy (stock checks/audits), and customer experience.
• Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for ground issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and escalating high‑impact concerns to the Assistant Manager.
• Reporting: Prepare and send daily reports on department performance, inventory levels, and operational bottlenecks to management.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑speed operations, ideally within E‑commerce, Q‑commerce, or retail logistics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to crunch numbers and derive actionable insights.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for coordination across multiple stakeholders and internal departments.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to work comfortably in highly ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude.
• Flexibility: Readiness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of a 24/7 delivery business.
