• Report machine breakdowns to the maintenance department.
• Check necessary reports and provide information like productivity.
• Update job details and maintain records.
• Coordinate with plate makers for requirements.
• Achieve quality according to customer specifications.
• Train new team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Give necessary instructions to operators for the job preparation and to attend the machine while preparing the next job
• Check the job with QC in all respect before bulk printing production
• Work in cooperation with other department for better productivity
• Responsible for hygienic and cleaning of the department during the shift
• Report the machine breakdown in writing to maintenance department during the shift with intimation to concern manager and Head of the Department
• Check all necessary reports during the shift and provide all the information like productivity, machine downtime to all concerned
• Update the job details information and maintain the records accordingly
• Coordinate plate makers according to our requirement
• Achieve desire quality according to the customer and job specification
• Make job details card
• Identify cylinder for rectification
• Manpower Management
• Update the team for any related information they must know, wastage target, production target, etc.
• Motivate the team and give feedback
• Train the new member of the team and ensure their flexibility
• Produce good quality of material throughout the job run
• Maintain personal hygiene as per site standards
• Responsible for the quality of material produced
• Ensure compliance to food safety and HACCP requirements
• Make sure work is carried out in a safely manner
