  • Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Willing to relocate to Qatar
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Train, coach, and develop team members in technical skills and guest service standards
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new team members
  • Schedule and assign team members to ensure adequate coverage while maximizing productivity
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Balance daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
  • Prepare employee schedules and time-off requests
  • Process payroll information and submit to corporate office
  • Review and approve invoices for payment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
