Job description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Storekeeper to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the restaurant or F&B industry and be available to join immediately. This role is critical to ensuring smooth kitchen operations through effective inventory control and stock management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods including food items, beverages, kitchen equipment, and consumables
  • Ensure all items are stored correctly according to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
  • Maintain accurate daily records of stock movement (receipts, issues, transfers, and returns)
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances with system records
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams for smooth operations
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate timely purchase requests
  • Ensure proper labeling, expiry date tracking, and quality checks of all products
  • Prevent stock losses, damages, and wastage through proper storage and control procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store and storage areas
  • Assist during internal and external audits and provide accurate inventory reports
  • Comply with company policies, HACCP standards, and local food safety regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a restaurant or F&B environment
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, ingredients, and storage requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Good numerical, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, ERP systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Must be available to join immediately
