- Receive,store and issue of Food, Beverage & General store inventory Items.
- Maintaina proper Par level for all storeroom products.
- Re –ordering of all storeroom items in time.
- Monitoringthe expiry date of the store items & inform accordingly to theimmediate supervisor.
- Maintainingnecessary records with accuracy of information and should follow alwaysFIFO method of issuing.
- Maintaininginventory of supplies on a monthly basis.
- Enterdata into inventory records.
- Maintaina high level of cleanness and hygienic standards in all storage areas.
- Maintainreceipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Performother stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, andlabeling supplies
- Inspectdeliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting forreimbursements and record keeping
- Rotatestock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Performrelated duties and responsibilities as required, but are not limited tothe above
- Any othertasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager and Supervisor.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma is typically required.
2. Experience:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management role.
3. Skills and Abilities:
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accurately tracking inventory, ensuring stock is correctly logged, and verifying that the correct quantities are received and dispatched.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage different types of stock efficiently—this could include everything from animal feed and veterinary supplies to guest-related items such as linens, food and beverage stock, and maintenance materials.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and efficiently managing time, especially during busy periods when restocking is necessary
