Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Pediatric Ward team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive and family-centered environment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting the recovery of our young patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients upon admission and throughout their stay.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor for side effects and therapeutic responses.
  • Regularly monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status of patients.
  • Document patient progress and changes in condition accurately.
  • Work closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including administering CPR and other life-saving measures as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Valid UAE License or eligibility.
  • Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certification.
