You will operate in a business‑facing, "helicopter" role, overseeing and prioritising initiatives across CRM, loyalty, customer data, BI, and store systems. This role is not hands‑on technically, but requires a strong systems background and the confidence to manage senior stakeholders, challenge priorities, and ensure delivery through internal teams and vendors.
