Job description

The GCC Consumables team is looking for a passionate Sr. Product Manager who loves to innovate and create tech enabled solutions for Consumables business – encompassing Everyday Essentials and Beauty.

This Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing data, defining strategy and leading large projects to build new/enhance existing customer experiences, and drive business growth through innovations cutting across customer shopping journeys. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop strategy, set the Product roadmap, and drive execution with cross-functional teams. This role comes at the intersection of the category, product, marketing and technology.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have ownership and responsibility through the full product cycle, from data analysis, business insights to strategy, prioritization, and development to adoption. You will work with product management, tech, analytics, operations, tax, accounting, legal and retail teams across Amazon. A successful candidate will excel in cross-functional teamwork, thrive in bringing new experiences to market, experimenting regularly, and enjoy making needle moving impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering tech enabled solutions in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Build and own Product Roadmap for MENA CL business, own OP1/OP2 planning for CL Product
  • Define North Star vision for CL Shopping Experience
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to identify gaps in customer shopping experiences and opportunities to improve shopping CX
  • Partner with WW and IES Product/Tech teams to expand CL products to MENA
  • Conduct customer studies, data analysis, and engage with Category teams to identify key needs of MENA customers, and conceptualize & build best in class shopping experiences to address these needs
  • Work with CL Marketing & Programs teams to scale the impact of launched products and improve business metrics
  • Engage with WW and MENA Product/Tech/Legal teams to align on new features needed to address customer needs
  • Build PRFAQs, BRDs for new feature development
  • Build and own project roadmap, identify key risks/dependencies and take risk mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate (MBR/QBRs) the progress on product roadmap to MENA leadership
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Superb business judgment, Retail or operations management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, project management experience and comfort with driving multiple and diverse projects in complex environments
