Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in recruitment of corporate and technical roles.
  • Arabic language is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Attracting and retain top talent by performing a full cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
  • Ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience by coordinating with recruiting managers and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through various methods, such as networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions.
  • Work closely with the HR department and hiring administrators to continually enhance the hiring process.
  • Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners.
Onboarding
  • Oversee the entirety of the onboarding procedure, ensuring that all pre-employment processes and form are complete and accurate.
  • Establish and maintain an effective onboarding program that ensures a positive new employee experience.
  • Resolved any onboarding conflicts and regularly attended job fairs, workshops, and networking events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees and offer ongoing support and feedback during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including HR, talent & performance and hiring managers, to ensure that onboarding processes are streamlined and effective.
Engagement
  • Develops communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged with the activities, objectives, and initiatives of the organization.
  • Organizing engagement activities and events and keeping employees motivated and satisfied at work.
Employer Branding
  • Promoting the organization's brand and values to potential candidates to attract and retain top talent.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks, to find potential candidates who fit the organization's needs and culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or equivalent qualification.
  • CIPD or any other HR professional certification is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in recruitment of corporate and technical roles.
Job-Specific Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Knowledge of different insurance and IT terminologies will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with different applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent MS word, excel and power point skills.
  • Must have attention to detail and time management skills.
