Job description
Executive Office Support
  • Provide day to day analytical and administrative support to the Office of the Group CEO.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, summaries, and materials for internal and external engagements.
  • Conduct research and synthesize information to support strategic priorities and decision making.
Governance, Reporting & Follow Through
  • Support documentation of decisions, actions, and submissions to the GCEO Office.
  • Prepare periodic reports, action trackers, and governance documentation to support executive oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to established governance protocols and executive standards.
  • Contribute to improving reporting processes and tools used within the CEO Office.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
  • Work closely with senior leaders and business owners to ensure follow through on actions and commitments.
  • Support planning and coordination of key internal and external meetings, reviews, and working sessions.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and ensure consistency in communication and expectations.
Analysis & Business Insight
  • Support analysis of key initiatives, business performance updates, and key organisational trends.
  • Prepare high quality reporting materials, including executive dashboards, management summaries, and data driven insights for the VP & Office Manager.
  • Conduct comparative analysis, scenario modelling, and synthesis of information from across functions to support executive decisions.
  • Track KPIs and performance indicators relevant to the CEO’s agenda and provide regular updates.
Special Projects
  • Support ad hoc projects, research efforts, and cross functional initiatives led by the GCEO Office.
  • Assist in project coordination, analysis, and preparation of executive ready materials.
  • Conduct data gathering, analysis, and presentation preparation for strategic reviews, board level requirements, or CEO priorities.
Specific accountabilities unique for the role:
  • Supports strategic planning cycles, annual reviews, and CEO priority alignment.
  • Monitors risks, issues, and escalations related to CEO‑level initiatives.
  • Provides communications support, including talking points and key messages.
  • Drives process improvements and enhances executive office workflows and tools.
  • Maintains the CEO operating rhythm and ensures timely, high‑quality submissions.
  • Conducts market, regulatory, and competitor monitoring to inform CEO decisions.
  • Prepares for external engagements, including regulators, ministries, and partners.
  • Assists with budget monitoring and vendor coordination for GCEO Office needs.
  • Maintains knowledge repositories, documentation, and executive records.
  • Supports culture, leadership engagement, and enterprise-wide initiatives
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage but not required.
Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience, ideally in a corporate, consulting, financial services, or strategic support environment.
  • Internship experience in high‑performance or corporate settings is advantageous.
