• Provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies in line with brand standards
• Ensure all treatments are performed with professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent quality
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Deliver outstanding guest service, including consultation, advice, and personalized recommendations
• Build strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Support spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining treatment supplies
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient spa operations

Requirements
